We sell our little watermill in the middle of Portugal near Abrantes, the last of 14 mills in the valley of the stream Alcolobre, 5 kms from the river Tagus, completely restored with ecological material like loam, natural stone and wood, autarkic with spring water and electricity, produced by eight solar panels, a windmill and a hydrogenerator.
The main house with 120 sqm has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 seperate WC and a big living- and dining area. Nearby you find a pretty 50 sqm holiday cottage with a 10 sqm balcony.
There are several other buildings, which can be used for different things.
Our plot has 5360 sqm, about 1500 of them are garden land with potatoes, asparagus, different vegetables and fruit trees. About 200m of the stream are part of the property and the sound of the burbling water is the best medicine for sleeping well!
Our property is situated in a wonderful valley, 2 kms from the little village Crucifixo and about 12 kms from the motorway A 23, about 130 kms in the northeast of Lisbon.
